I’m Brad Gagne, a Calgary Realtor with the Atkinson Team at eXp Realty, and my approach is pretty simple: give my clients honest advice, communicate clearly, and work hard to get them the best possible result.

I was born in Ottawa but have called Calgary home for many years. I’ve watched this city grow, change and develop into one of Canada’s most desirable places to live.

My focus is particularly strong in South East Calgary, South Calgary and Okotoks, where I spend a significant amount of time helping buyers and sellers understand what is actually happening in their local market.

From communities like Mahogany, Seton, Cranston, Auburn Bay, Copperfield, McKenzie Towne and Legacy, to the growing communities and established neighbourhoods of Okotoks, I believe local knowledge matters.

Because the Calgary real estate market isn't one market.

What happens in one community or even one price range can be completely different from what is happening a few kilometres away.

That’s why I don't believe in giving clients generic real estate advice.

Before becoming a Realtor, I spent approximately 20 years as a PGA of Canada professional, including leadership roles at several Alberta golf courses.

That experience taught me a lot about people.

It taught me how to communicate with all types of personalities, build long-term relationships, solve problems under pressure and, most importantly, earn someone's trust.

Those skills have translated directly into my real estate business.

Real estate can be stressful. Negotiations can get uncomfortable. Deals don't always go exactly according to plan.
